1. Is the Email Translator free to use online?
Yes. The Text Translator, Website Translator and Email Translator that are accessible on the WorldLingo website are free of charge.
2. After I translated my email, I was brought to a page where I could see the translation but it displayed little squares instead.
This may happen when you are translating into a language using a non-Latin alphabet (Russian, Chinese, etc). It simply indicates that your browser does not support the language's font or character set. You can download it for free on the Microsoft website.
3. My email was only partially translated.
As this is a free service there are some restrictions: the free translator will only translate the first 500 words of your text. For unlimited email translations click here.
4. Once I sent an email, can the person reply to me in English?
Yes. One of the advantages of the Email Translator is that it works both ways: if the person replies to your translated email in his/her native language, the reply will be translated back into English (or whichever source language you selected).
